Gaining peace by moving-on from a bereavement

Gain peace by moving-on from a bereavement.There are FIVE stages we need to go through in order to help us move on from losing a loved one. These are: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. We are often left in denial when dealing with the reality of  losing someone close.   Working through these stages however sometimes leaves us empty and unable to move on, this is where therapies such as Counselling and Hypnotherapy can help.
